Svana left her native far north of Norway when she was a young woman. Filled with wanderlust and accompanied by her brother, Bolli, and her aunt, Sigunn, she crafted and traded her way down Norway and across the North Sea to Northumbria and then on to Legacaestir (Chester) where she and her brother and aunt have settled, at least for the time being. She is a skilled craftswoman making many goods for market and trade.
